Complete stripping, half stripping, and both sides crimping are all possible with this fully automatic five-wire processing unit. Single wire, flat cable is the wire that can be used (below 12Pin, need to custom)
Crimping on both sides, absolute stripping, half stripping, and detection
Mitsubishi servo motor, Mitsubishi electronic positioning, SMC cylinder, THK track, Omron and Keyence sensor, high configuration
With a tolerance of 0.1mm, accurate wire outgoing is possible.
Horizontal and straight OTP applicators are compatible.
Both sides of the flat cable can be rotated. The first end is crimped, then the other end is turned 180 degrees and crimped.
